Chef Fay arrives at Cat Island Club following a highly successful tenure at Callawassie Club, where she earned recognition for her inventive dishes, leadership excellence, and commitment to locally sourced ingredients. Her innovative approach and respect for regional traditions have made her a standout in the culinary community.

At Cat Island Club, Chef Fay will oversee all aspects of the culinary program—from curating seasonal menus and crafting bespoke dining experiences to leading private member events and enhancing overall food service operations.
